STEP I (12 MONTHS) The primary purpose of Step I is to orient and adjust the resident to our recovery community. They begin by gaining employment and creating a support network, as well as identifyi ng support meetings and securing aftercare counseling. A buddy will be assigned to help guide the resident through the early stages of adjusting to our family.
STEP II (35 MONTHS)The primary purpose of Step II is to
transition the resident to increased
flexibility; for example, with extended
curfews and leaves of absence. Residents
focus on balancing their recovery efforts
within a family atmosphere.
STEP III (6+ MONTHS)
The primary purpose of Step III is toencourage residents to work as a team/family to develop household structures,rules and procedures. Step III offersincreased independence within a safe
environment.
STEP IV (12+ MONTHS)
The primary purpose of Step IV is to
develop personal responsibility through a
household environment which encourages
financial and decision-making freedom.

ADMISSION CRITERIA
1. Successful completion of a treatment
program (alternative situations
available upon assessment)
2. Commitment to the recovery process
honest, open, and willing
3. Willingness to attend outpatient
counseling if less than one year sobriety
4. Willingness to acquire a sponsor
5. Willingness to attend a minimum of
three support meetings per week
(documentation required)
6. Willingness to attend mandatory weekly

7. Ability to function independently
8. Participation in daily house tasks
9. Funds for security deposit and rent for
first week available upon admission
10. Plan in place to continue financial
responsibilities
11. Must be at least 18 years of age
12. Psychologically stable
